"La Table de Zen" is a Japanese cooking class taught by Atsuko
Umezawa, a food coordinator.

She buys the materials usually at Tsukiji Market for the best cooking
performance. She also uses her cooking utensils and tableware
including brand plates & dishes, glasses and cups. The students after
the lesson will enjoy taking the food they will have cooked with
spirits or coffee.

The class can be taken by appointment. No enrollment fee is required.





Class venue: At the coordinator's residence approx. 6 minutes walk from JR
Shinagawa Station. For the details, please click " Venue of class room"

Class size: Maximum of four students for a class basically.

Class Hours: 10:30 to 14:00 for one lesson. Classes will be held on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays and Fridays basically.

Dishes per class: Three to four dishes for one lesson with recipe for each dish.

Tuition: \10,000 per class which includes materials, recipe, dishes cooked, drinks, etc.

 Tuition payment to be made before the class starts and no refund after the payment.

Rescheduling or cancellation of the class: Three day advance notice is required.

Things to bring to the class: Your own apron, a hand towel and a note & pens.
